Since 1996 more than 950 organisations have used our programmes in-house. Examples of clients who have used us either on a large scale or over an extended period, are the following.

Free To Grow has facilitated workshops including Helping People Grow, Leading Change, Changing Course and Team Growth and many customised programmes for managers and staff of UNICEF in  Namibia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Madagascar, Mozambique, Somalia, Swaziland, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Vietnam Zambia and South Africa
Since 2008 Discovery Holdings have been using our Thrive! programme as the foundation of their Discovery Future Leaders programme. Training continues.
TFG (formerly known as The Foschini Group, consisting of e.g. Markham, Foschini, Exact! American Swiss & @home) have been using Free To Grow Lifeskills for 6 years as foundation for their staff development and all our leadership development programmes since 2006. Training still continues.
Woolworths have been using Free To Grow Lifeskills and Money Sense since 2000 as part of their Employee Assistance Programme and to develop internal talent. Training continues.
Metropolitan have been using Free To Grow for the personal development of their staff since 1998.
The University of Cape Town has been using Free To Grow to present the majority of their personal growth and wellbeing programmes for staff since 2004. Training continues. "Service providers like Free To Grow are as rare as gold," says Kirsty Holmes, Head: Staff Learning Centre, UCT.
Bidvest Bank is currently using Free To Grow to assist their managers and staff countrywide to cope with the change in the organisation.
PricewaterhouseCoopers have been using Free To Grow since 1998 to develop and retain the company’s young trainee accountants. Training continues.
The Mondi Learning Academy is currently using 4 C Leadership countrywide to help develop the capacity of their leaders.
Since 2002, SAPPI Forest have been using several of our Personal growth and wellbeing and relationship building programmes to develop their forestry workers.
Several De Beers Mines have been using Free To Grow Lifeskills and various of our personal wellbeing programmes over the years.
Sanlam used several of our personal growth and wellbeing programmes (E.g. Money Sense and StressWise) over the years.
Victoria and Alfred Waterfront used us to customise and present a company-wide customer service programme in 2008 and 2009.
We developed a personal resilience programme for the organisation’s shopfloor workers and presented it throughout South Africa in 2006 and 2007. The programme was rolled out to Swaziland and Zambia on a train the trainer basis.
Free To Grow was selected as the service provider to present Personal Mastery training organisation wide in SAPO's 9 regions over a three year period. The workshops started in October 2011 and the response to the customised 3 day WorkQ programme is exceeding all expectations.
