Employee engagement boils down to a willingness to actively commit to one’s work and to invest one’s time, talent and best efforts to accomplish organisational goals - a quality all organisations desire in its employees. No wonder it has become the new buzzword in people management. Often the employee engagement efforts in organisations, however, do not go beyond measuring engagement levels and sharpening internal communication.

The focus of the programme is on developing the 4C’s required for employee engagement:

  • Credibility: walking the talk and modelling the way,
  • Connection: building and maintaining a constructive connection with diverse individuals in their teams, connecting them to each other to form stronger teams, and strengthening their connection with the organisation,
  • Contribution: making people aware of how they contribute to organisational success, motivating and inspiring them to give their best and recognising contributions in a meaningful way and
  • Communication: creating opportunities for dialogue about things that really matter in and to the organisation.
