Designed specifically for shopfloor and entry-level employees, Stronger Together moves beyond abstract diversity theory to shift real, everyday behaviour.
Day 1: A Strong ME, builds psychological capital: ownership, resilience, optimism and support as the foundation for constructive relationships.
Day 2: A Strong WE, explores how diversity can either strengthen relationships or build walls between people, guiding participants from labels and quick judgement towards curiosity, respect and genuine connection.
Through powerful imagery, stories, honest conversation and intentional connection across race, gender, age, language and background, learners come to see their everyday choices as opportunities to help others feel seen, valued and included. This creates healthier working relationships, stronger trust and a deeper sense of belonging.
